0.2.6.6 bonus spring release
Big update, this really is the last update for a while.
CHANGELOG:
Structure > adding css files to tinymce was broken since 0.2.6 due to removal of deprecated loader.php.
Structure > added a very basic implementation of the bitflux XML + XLST WYSIWYG editor. Browse to core_clients/editor/bxe/examples/uni folder. (note, one can move bxe folder anywhere for webDAV, see docs/edithistory/0.2.6.6)
Structure > changed ctrl-f5 refresh shortcut to alt-f5, added alt-f6 shortcut for location bar, alt-f7 for search bar. this seems to work best for both left + right handed individuals.
Structure > made tinyMCE CSS reset button userfriendly
Structure > allow file uploads with jquery.uploadify & file downloads
Structure > added .(x)html to .pdf conversion support with html2fpdf class. Sends output to browser.
Structure > added .doc to .pdf conversion support using antiword + ps2pdf binarys
Structure > added .xls(x) to xls(x)/html/pdf/csv conversion support using phpexcel php class, send output to browser or store on server.
Structure > fixed support for removing folders and files now works on both windows + linux (windows = fully tested)
Structure > fixed lame bug when extracing archives, it was reading fontforge binary location
Structure > added support for nesting inside tmpl/ext*.html files with {load:file:load}
Editor > Tinymce no longer messes with php code in html or php files thx to relatively recent version of codeprotect plugin. Only 1 problem, within php tags, linebreaks vanish.
Editor > Tinymce added codeprotect plugin for (x)html(-content) + php edit mode
Editor > bug fixed when opening a tab after restarting browser, didnt switch immediately to correct extlink mode.
Editor > bugs fixed with certain references to file extension while it should reference to the extlink (which is defined in core_clients/editor/config.css)
Settings > added grouping of certain settings, allowing to quickly swift between for example, editing different websites. added settings, for aateau.sh location reference, ps2pdf binary & antiword binary.... read more

Some tiny bug fixes + javascript cleaning up. Hardly worth a new release, but it may be that stupid bug that would be bugging you all summer while i won't release anything untill atleast next winter.
Editor > bug fix: when opening any tab, tinymce + editarea were being put into html mode.
