#60 Add nicks to rulers

A suggestion:
Wouldn't it be nice if every player could have a nick
name for their ruler (e.g., K3, L64, Archduke) which
will appear both in the WC and the JC for mail and
also in the players names and e-mails tables (for both
the JC and WC).
I think this will be neat and can serve to personalize
each game session.
Now for the long streach - how about an icon ?... one
from a FD gallery or a home made one. But this is for
a later stage, if at all.
