#16 freedce & dcethreads for gcc3.2

Hi,

I have ported the freedce project to newer linux
distributions (RH8 - RH9 gcc3.2) and have fixed some
bugs!!

I think this project is really dead - I tried to contact the
members of this project but their email doesn't work....
