problem in running freecs.sh script

#16 problem in running freecs.sh script
when I run "./freecs.sh start", I get following:
./freecs.sh: 50: ./freecs.sh: like: not found
Starting FreeCS:cp: cannot stat `/var/log/freecs/*.log': No such file or directory
touch: cannot touch `/var/log/freecs/freecs_startup.log': No such file or directory
./freecs.sh: 107: ./freecs.sh: failure: not found
touch: cannot touch `/var/lock/subsys/freecs': No such file or directory
It seems it does not find freecs_startup.log file..Actually I could not find that file. Does not it come with downloading freecs latest version ? or do I need to create it somehow ?

Please see the attached file if u need to refer to the freecs.sh file I am using. Actually I did not change much in it.

hm create the "log" directory
