Crash with Memorex CDRW-4420

Thank you for this driver. I was really happy to find it.
I succeded to write a CDR with Toast 5.1.3 on a Memorex
CDRW-4420. But there seems to have some problem with
CDRW media : Toast hangs and when I unplug the USB device,
I got the following crash (MacOS X.1.5) :

Can you please provide the full crash information? I need the full module list, the stack backtrace and some of the register values that are printed out. Otherwise I can't look into the problem. Thanks.
