#49 Coronado -- Shows Existing Colonies, but not new ones

In the original game, once you have Coronado in your Congress, all new colonies show up on the map, whether or not you have explored that area or not. I addition a certain number of squares around that colony appear too.

In 0.10.3, only colonies that exist at the time of adding Coronado to Congress appear. I cannot find any reason for this in the documentation, nor is part of the “FreeCol” rule set.
