#34 Native Annoyance level doesn't go down

This may be a duplicate of some very olde reports, and it is about native Annoyance/alarm level, which I have no idea how to decrease in the current version Free Col.

In Col 1, after a settlement has been traded with, it's annoyance level would drop to green level, and that does not happen in Free Col, the indicator keeps going up all the way to blue (And maybe further, I don't know) t doesn't go down when I trade with the settlement, nor even when I give gifts (Maybe the difference made by trade/gifts is simply still not big enough to notice?)

In practice it means that I time coes, when I have to stop trading with the neares settlements and go to more remote settlements where I would receive beter prices. So it's like trade does not affect our relations, as it shoud.

    Quite possibly. I am reasonably sure that there is code present that implements a reduction in tension as a result of trade and gifts, and I have found keeping the natives happy is hard work. I can put in some better logging so we can track this better.
