#31 Visiting native settlements should learn scout ability


According to http://www.colonizationfans.com/lost-city-rumors.html :
"When an unskilled scout enters a native settlement, there is a chance that he will be upgraded to seasoned scout."

Note that they say Native Settlement not Lost City Rumour.
Perhaps we could implement this as "visit 5 native settlements and you will gain the necessary experience". Number can then be tweaked.

    The question is: can this happen in _every_ settlement being visited, or just in those that already offer to teach that skill?

    The cited description would be compatible with both, and I believe the latter is already implemented. Can someone check with Col1 whether we also need to implement the former?

    For those looking, only the Tupi, Cherokee, Iroquois and Sioux can teach scouting.

    It can happen in any settlement, it's got nothing to do with the skill a Colonist can learn there.

    (Instead giving you money or teling about their land, Natives say that in honour of the strange tales you've told they'll provide you with guides, and your Scout gets promoted)

    This is pure chance; you can get the guides even in the first village you will visit.

    Implemented in svn.9781. However this is the weak form where only normally upgradeable unit types become seasoned scouts. This is easily changed to the strong form where any unit type is converted if Michael or anyone else can confirm the behaviour.
