#53 Fatal errors when "Default account" for QuickTrans is delete

Hi,

FreeCoins is _GREAT_. An app, that kicks ass.
Very good docs too.

Now, the bug report:

1) create an account
2) set it as default in preferences
3) delete that account
4) wath both "QuickTransaction" and
"Preferences" cause a fatal exception and a need
for hard-reset

!WARNING! Prefs won't be accessible anymore.

Occurs both on build 90 and build 92

Seems it should be easy to fix. Anyone?
