#2 There is no CPA support in 1.0.3

freebXMLBP Editor v1.0.3 comes with a CPPA editor per documentation. The Collaboration Protocol Profile (CPP) editing function seems to be working, but the 'New CPA' button and File->New CPA menu item seem to be dummies. Upon clicking either of these, nothing happens (no errors in console either).
Also there is no 'Open CPA' function provided.
When I check the source code for CPPAEditor.java, there seems to be no supporting code for opening the menu item 'New CPA'.
When will this function be supported?
If this is the case, it will help if the release notes/documentation says that this tool as of now included just a CPP editor, not a CPPA editor.

(I tried using 1.0.4 release but it will not even build in Windows environment with JDK 1.5.15. Moreover 1.0.4 documentation does not even reference the CPPA editor)
