#1 Makefile dies, when no packages in bundl

Bundle with no packages (apparently) causes the
Makefile to exit with an error. This bug was reported
to me, privately, and I'm putting it here, so I
remember to look at it.

The Makefile no longer dies, but it does ignore the error
codes from pkg_add entirely. This is probably not ideal.
