#27 modem user ID restriction

I still notice a restriction in the length of the user
ID that can be entered when setting up a modem ISP
connection to the Internet. The limit for FreeBase
seems to be 20 characters while the Mac utility allows
many more. The field should at least allow for 30
characters.

This probably isn't considered a high-priority
enhancement considering the number of users with
high-speed internet connections, however, my entire
user base is going to be using the modem connection and
I personally like it as a backup ISP connection method.
Unfortunately, I am one of the many with a 20+
character long ISP user ID.
