#22 Selecting frequency 'All' or 'US' fails

I'm not sure offhand how to verify if the setting
actually fails or if it just doesn't reflect properly
in FreeBase after the AirPort resets, but under the
WaveLAN tab when I select 'All' or 'US' for the
frequency and then update the base, when it comes back
FreeBase indicates that the selection wasn't made
(none of the radio buttons indicate selected). Since I
am in Windows 2000 and I don't have the
Orinoco/WaveLAN utilities, I don't know how to verify
if the setting actually got updated and FreeBase is
reading it wrong, or if it didn't get update at all.
