#19 static route add kills lots of things

Freebase adds a static route to the local ethernet
every time it goes out to config a basestation.

There should (at least) be an option to disable this,
and it's my feeling that this should be disabled by
default.

It may pay to label the option "locally connected to
ethernet" or somesuch.

This is particularly evil when you're trying to config
a basestation a few hops away from yourself (unusually
common thing to do round here)
