#15 Encyrption key does not accept non-HEX input

Under WaveLan tools, I can input a key for 128 bit that includes characters such as "+" and "-", but FreeBase doesn't allow this. For a time, an intermediate release in the Wavelan 6+ series also didn't allow it, thus causing me great grief, but it was later fixed to allow it again.
