multiple office for one task

Is it possible to assign multiple office to one task?
Or Is it possible to use display.html and announces to handle the operator name instead the office?

Yes it's possible. You should add Common tasks instead of office specific tasks, checkout the attached image.

The text-to-speech announcement text is not customizable as of the current release 0.9,
However you can do that manually, simply by editing this line in the following JSON file:

I realize that also common tasks are not useful for me.
every time a new ticket is create it is associated with one office. I would like it could be assigned only when the office (or user) pulled a ticket.

I think you'll need to disable the Strict pulling setting first, checkout the attached image.
