Free Pascal stuff

The first project is for use with I3Blocks. It is a program that will access open weather in order to display a weather summary in the I3Blocks status bar as well as for the Awesome Window Manager.

There is also a directory where I have placed some emacs scripts to help with using Emacs to develope with Free pascal.
