#9 Subcategories with the same name

When moving a category under another heading with a
subcategory of the same name, the server returns a 500
Internal Server Error
(http://frassle.net/Directory/move_cat_2?child=12418&parent=1334):
"The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your
request. ..."

If Frassle has a problem with two subcategories with
the same name, perhaps returning an error message with
a different wording would be more helpful to users.

If I try to create a subcategory with the same name as
another subcategory in the same part of the tree,
nothing happens. It would be clearer that there's a
problem with the category names if Frassle would at
least tell me "There's already a category by that name
here. Perhaps you should try calling it something else."
