#8 Category tree collapses

It's a little weird that the category tree collapses
after I add a new category or delete one. Leaving it
open so people can see the change could be better. It
confirms that they added or deleted it successfully.

I also think it's odd that clicking on a main category
tree heading on the posting page collapses the tree.
Sometimes, I want to choose a main heading as well as a
subheading.
