#27 Format code toggle buttons

When I'm in the mode to post (not in HTML mode), the
format toggle buttons are ALL empty. They still work
and I can tell which button is which by passing cursor
over. The buttons have been empty for, I would guess, a
week. I kept thinking the information on the buttons
would reappear. It hasn't.
