#18 Suggestion: Improving "Jump to feed" navigation

When scrolling through a lot of content in the
aggregator, it would be quite handy to have the drop
down menu with the navigational choices readily
available at all times. Someone might get halfway
through the page and decide s/he really only wants to
look at content from the last 3 hours or wants to
navigate quickly to another source. Scrolling up and
down all the time--especially through a lot of
content--can get tedious. Originally, I was going to
suggest using some kind of frame (boo!) to keep that
box available, but maybe putting it in the sidebar--if
there's a way to do so--could be much more practical.
