#17 Frassle says username is taken, then creates the account

A user told me when she tried to create an account for
herself, Frassle kept telling her the usernames she was
selecting were already taken. She went through a few
before realizing Frassle was creating accounts with
those other usernames, even though it said they were
already taken. She now has 5 weblogs on Frassle.

I have not tried to replicate the bug.

I sent frassle @ rura an e-mail about this when I
couldn't log into SourceForge earlier today.
