Hi, Reading through http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/downloads/linux/linux-2.4.30-pseudo_random-1.patch, it contains the frandom code, so yes, this is frandom. I suppose they changed the name because it actually *is* a pseudo-random data generator. Hi! Sorry for my english... I can't find in the archive because the link is bad so excuse me if the question has already been ask... I have to compile Linux 2.4.30 kernel with Stack Smashing Protection so I have to apply linux-2.4.30-frandom-1.patch but I can't find it. I have just found a patch named linux-2.4.30-pseudo_random-1.patch and it seems to do the same things but I'm not sure. Can you help me? Thanks in advance. L.M. |
