#51 build system making changes to files

when FW is build in windows using visual studio IDE some files in common folder are getting modified.
setps to reproduce the bug:
1)open the solution in VS IDE 2005
2)build the solution.
3)after building try closing the IDE, then a message it popped up saying "Save Changes to the following file?".
