#124 VC projects can't be used in Express editions.

The included VC build projects (tested from SVN) use a VC feature called 'Solution Folders' which is not available on the Express editions, and so they can't open the projects sucessfully.

Please change these to support Express, otherwise a lot of people will be left out.

(I want to build from source as I need static libs, not DLLs).
