#121 One row and one column not compute

When I'm using FWI_INTER_SUPER and fwiResize_8u_C3R or fwiResize_8u_C4R to diminish size, the image is well diminish but last Column and last row sometime are not compute and let raw. If I initialise my buffer to a default color, I see it plainly it is not override on thoses row.
