New version 0.95 released

This release of toolkit implements support for exporting data in Polar HRM2 (1.07) format. It also provides new features mainly concerning the speed and heart rate zones and thresholds.

There are also a few new commandline tools and GUI implemented using OpenOffice 2.x connectivity tools. The OO GUI is still under heavy development and it is there as an example to help users customize their own front ends.
