GETTING THE CODE

	svn co https://fqms.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/fqms fqms 

GETTING THE TEST DATA

	The data (3GBytes!!) can be download from:
	http://fgcz-data.uzh.ch/public/fqms.tgz

	Because the file is big please compute the
	md5 checksum.

	af804e209844d055c0eded716ef9eea8  fqms.tgz


	If you know what you are doing ...
	A simple example can be computed by using the following 
	command lines:

	cd data
	sh fqms_test.sh --get
	sh fqms_test.sh --run
	sh fqms_test.sh --process


	The output can be found in the /tmp directory of
	your system.
