#2 Fox Web does not add menus, buttons, etc. Like not there!

Firefox Addons manager shows the extension is installed, but otherwise there is no indication it even exists. There are no toolbars or toolbar buttons, no status bar indicators or buttons, no menu items, no context menu items -- nothing.

It's as though the extension is just empty.
