Hi
I've been using the old version of Foxserv which ran on
Apache 1.3.XX and I've tried upgrading to the latest
version of Foxserv containing Apache 2.xx.xx Everything
works perfectly, until I try using Apache. I go to
http://localhost in my browser (IE6) and the loading bar
in the bottom corner appears but nothing happens. I
waited half an hour and still no page was loaded. I tried
http://localhost/phpinfo.php but that didn't load either.
I then tried using http://127.0.0.1 Still no success.
I then tried to change the port number from 80 to other
numbers. Nothing else was running on those ports but it
still did not work.
I've also looked in the hosts file to see if 127.0.0.1
pointed to localhost and it does.
I then tried using the modperl version instead which
uses a different version of apache and still no success. I
even tried downloading different versions of apache 2.xx
and configuring it myself but it still would not work.
Apache 1.3.xx works fine though.
I'm running winXP with all the latest patches service
packs etc. Any idea how to get Apache going?

Many thanks
Dan

try your file path, then check it against the server, some
setting are not set on this install, so it just dont work on
default, it will require some setting up.

Ive just upgraded and having fun.. not really.
