#28 perl CPAN modules don't install

I don't fully understand why this is the case, but
just about every module that I've tried to install
with Foxserv's perl using the -MCPAN command doesn't
install properly. Specifically, I am trying to get
Net::SSLeay installed with no luck. It would be nice
if perl was configured so that this stuff would work.
