#15 phpMyAdmin Error ODBC

Like previously posted I get a error like
this: "Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Can't connect
to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) in
d:\server\foxserv\www\phpmyadmin\lib.inc.php on line
255 Error"...

I have a wague feeling that this might have something
to do with ODBC? How do I set ODBC up to mySQL in
Windows 2000 Pro?
