.3-RC1

With all the know bugs fixed and 300 plus downloads without any bug reports we are moving into the final stages of the beta releases. This releases is the first release candidate. The only changes are phpMyAdmin is now installed and configured, and the Apache link on the desktop has been fixed. It you already have .2-BETA running and you installed phpMyAdmin yourself there is no need to upgrade to .3-RC1. If there are no bugs reported in the next week, Fox-Hunt will release v1.0 which will have more documentation, hopefully a more useful starting page, and better graphics.
