Under Windows Xp Pro FoxServ installs the MySQL
service with the path written with forward slashes
(C:/foxserv/mysql/bin/mysqld-nt.exe) rather than with
backslashes (C:\foxserv\mysql\bin\mysqld-nt.exe).

Also Apache runs saying the PHP version is 4.1.1 but
the documentation describes it as PHP 4.0.6.
