A quick turnaround for some fixes for annoying bugs discovered
recently.

    Subtle FXString::format() numeric rounding bugs fixed.

    Adie text editor rare crash bug fixed.

    FXString unicode conversion bug fixes.

    Additional checking ensuring FXString::substitute() called properly.

    Subtle FXString manipulation bug fixes.

Most of these things are quite subtle; please give feedback
if you run into anything else!
