FDE menu icons are of 16x16 sizes, which is way too
small, and it looks like Windows 95's Start Menu with
small icons.

Like Windows 2000, please support 22x22 (also 32x32)
icons for better looking FDE menu.

Also submenus should be allowed to have different icon
sizes.
