#167 metadata not removed for descendants of deleted resources

mongryong reports that metadata in the system RDF
model is not being removed for the descendants of
deleted resources.

The leftover data interferes with other repo operations.

I believe this bug not only affects 'delete' operations but also
other operations that require traversing children nodes in the
repository. For example, '4ss export /some_container' does
not contain any setup information for children of
the /some_container.
