Commit [ddb22a]  Maximize  Restore  History

Implement archive streams for tarballs compressed with xz

It's now possible to peek inside tarballs compressed with xz (lzma1 or 2), in addition to gzip and bzip2,
assuming that liblzma is available at runtime. This means that 4Pane now requires the xz dev package for building; though I've not found a distro where it is unavailable, to be safe it's still possible to build without xz streams by passing -DNO_LZMA_ARCHIVE_STREAMS to g++
