#108 Automatic Generation of IDs

In a completely fresh document, created from a schema
using the "new from schema" menu in the editor, it
seems that some ids are missing. This becomes
apparant during save, as the save routine assumes that
there is always an id instance where an id binsing is
detected. When it isnt there you get an ugly array out of
bounds error and the editor crashes/ stops responding.
