#8 Sorting VMs: Minor improvements

The tables which list templates and dynamic/static VMS can be sorted by clicking on the table header.

2 improvements:
- show the mouse hand-symbol only where sorting is possible - currently it's also shown for non sortable columns, this is confusing
- Sort over all entries in all pages. Currently only the items on current page are sorted, items on other pages are ignored.
