#6 Explicit ISO-Management

Currrently FOSS-Cloud does only implicit management of ISO files via its profiles.
We need:
* documentation about what is happening with the ISO-files when creating VMs out of templates/golden images (is the ISO still attached?)
* explicitly show the drives where it makes sense and it's associated ISO image (so users get to see the additional drive with drivers in the Windows sub-profiles)
* possibility to remove CD drives
* possibility to attach/detach ISOs to/from virtual drives (in VMs, Templates, Profiles)
* possibility to upload and remove arbitrary ISO images since some software still comes on disks
