#16 Possibility to modify parameters when creating a VM

When creating a VM the only parameter one can change is the name.
In most cases one wants to change the description as well. And since this is the only possibility where we could currently increase the disk size (by using qemu-img convert, resp. the corresponding libvirt function instead of plain cp once we have proper queue support in the daemon).

I'd see a simple interface as the default with an option to specify extended options.
