#10 Consider switching to OpenNTPd

NTPd can't be configured to send outgoing traffic via specific routing tables which may be a problem if NTP-Traffic is only allowed on the ADMIN network but the default route is set via the PUBLIC interface.
OpenNTPd has the "rtable" option for the upstream NTP servers which would allow us to specify the routing table to be used (see http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi?query=ntpd.conf\) and would give us more flexibility in the future.
