#147 Migrate VM: User has to refresh browser

When the user loses connection during a migration to another node, he has to refresh browser to reconnect.

When a static VM is migrated to another node, this happens to the user:
- spice client loses connection, shows its own gui (enter ip, port, etc.)
- user switches to still open browser, still showing "Assigned VMs" page
- he clicks on "use vm" icon and spice client opens with old id.

It works after a browser refresh.

I guess you wanted to set milestone to 1.0.7, correct?
