#1 Font.Size, Pen.Width

Hi,

I would love to see Font.Size and Pen.Width be implemented as single, just like PowerPDF does.
Internaly integers are used for TFont, and set by an extra property that's defined as a single.

At the moment I have to use fontsize 8.5 for a PDF which is not possible because it´s defined as an integer.
