Hmmm not really.
Just tried
$ svn ls http://svn.phpedit.net:8080/formsess/src/trunk

and it returned
CHANGELOG
INSTALL
LGPL.txt
TODO
libs/
samples/

"could not connect to server" looks like a DNS error to me... can you 
resolve the domain name ?
