[Formsess-devel] moving SmartyFormsess.class.php to libs/

I just renamed the Smarty_formsess class to SmartyFormsess.

What do you think about moving it to libs/ ?
I think it's not really a sample (they are not required to use
formsess), but _the_ smarty class that has to be used, it should not be
changed in anyway.

If people need to change anything else in the smarty class they should
simply inherit a new class from SmartyFormsess.
