[FormProc-developer] Added MapStorer

I added a MapStorer implementation to the CVS just to see how hard it
would be - the good news is it is very easy (takes a couple of minutes
for something simple like the Map example.)  Does anyone have any other
interesting ideas on how to use this new feature?
