[FormProc-developer] Update on 0.6

I made a large number of fixes tonight and numerous enhancements as
well.  The example applications will now be distributed as an executable
JAR for the example Swing app and a WAR for the web app.  I also added
support for loading form configuration files and scripts from the
classpath (to facilitate JAR and WAR distribution.)  I have to update
the docs, but I should have a new release out by tomorrow.
