[FormProc-developer] Notes about 0.5

Just wanted to mention a few things which are a result of the 0.5 changes:

1.) The formproc namespace has been removed from all configuration files.
Thus what was once formproc:form now is just form.
2.) There is an error in the example-form.xml configuration file where one
of the element closing tags still has the formproc name space.

I will release a 0.5.1 release shortly which will include point 1 in the
README and will include the fixed example-form.xml configuration file.  If
you notice any other problems please let me know and I will repair them.
